What to get in touch about
- Questions and feedback. Ideas, suggestions, or anything you would like to see improved. We read every message.
- Bug reports. If something looks broken or does not work as expected, let us know what you were doing and which page you were on, and we will look into it.
- Card and set corrections. Spotted a wrong name, number, image, illustrator, or missing card? Tell us the set and the card, and we will fix the data. Accuracy matters to us.
- Business and press. For anything else, including partnership or press questions, the same address reaches us.
Response times
Cardarium is run by a small team, so replies can take a little time, but we do read everything that comes in. Clear details help us respond faster, especially for bug reports and data corrections.
